Tea time!

Here at the cottage we don't blend our own teas. However, below are some recommendations for fabulous teas that we use regularly.

Twinings - Immune support tea

Twinings Immune Support tea box with echinacea, raspberry, and elderberry

Last winter we had a round of nasty respiratory infections here at the cottage and this tea was our go to! It was warm ,comforting, tastes great and I knew it was packed full of ingredients that would help us heal. Even the witchling was convinced to try some a small mug.

Twinings - Sleep

Twinings Sleep tea box: apple, chamomile, and vanilla

I have tried lots of sleep teas! A lot a lot!! But this one make me feel sleepy from the smell alone. I love that this doesn't have lavender in as despite my love of the scent I can not abide it in food or tea! This tasty tea works well at telling my busy brain to "be quiet please!"

Twinings - Ginger tea

This is my go to for pain, especially period pain! It has also helped with reducing my knee pain.

A tasty warming tea.

Pukka - Bedtime berries

This tea is tasty!

It is sweet and soothing and all the things you need before bed. It is my alternative choice for a bedtime brew, only because I like the other one a tiny bit more!

Cheerful Buddha - Lions mane tea

Cheerful Buddha Lions mane mushroom black tea.

This tea tastes just like regular tea but really helped my brain quieten down and focus.

Side note - I did experience some stomach upset the first couple of days of trying this tea but it quickly resolved. This is something to bear in mind if you are sensitive to new foods and considering this tea.
